Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how ARSIDIAN LLC ("ARSIDIAN", "we", "us", or "our"), a Wyoming limited liability company, collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the website www.arsidian.com (the "Site") and the applications we publish (collectively, the "Services"). Individual applications may provide an additional, app-specific privacy notice; where one exists, it supplements this Policy.
1. Our Approach
We design our products around data minimization: we collect only what is needed to make the Services work, we keep it no longer than necessary, and we never sell your personal information.
2. Information We Collect
- Information you provide. When you use the contact form on the Site, we receive your name, email address, and the contents of your message. Some of our applications may ask you to provide profile or in-app data (for example, workout entries or budget records); in many cases this data is stored locally on your device.
- Automatically collected information. Our hosting and security providers (such as Cloudflare) process technical data — IP address, browser type, requested pages — to deliver the Site and protect it from abuse. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish humans from bots.
- App diagnostics. Our applications may collect anonymized crash reports and aggregated usage statistics to help us fix problems and improve quality. Where required, we ask for your consent first.
- Data processed by Google Firebase. Some of our applications are built on Google Firebase and may use its services for data storage, authentication, push notifications, and crash reporting. Firebase processes technical data (such as device identifiers and IP addresses) on our behalf under Firebase's privacy documentation.
- Advertising and analytics data. Some of our applications display in-app advertising served by Google AdMob, some of our websites display advertising served by Google AdSense, and we use Google Analytics (including Google Analytics for Firebase) to understand how our products are used. These services may collect device identifiers (such as the advertising ID), cookies, IP address, device and app information, and interaction events. See "Advertising and Analytics" below.
3. How We Use Information
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
- To respond to your messages and support requests;
- To protect the Services against fraud, abuse, and security threats;
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. Some of our free applications and websites display third-party advertising, as described in the next section.
4. Advertising and Analytics
Some of our applications and websites are free and supported by advertising. In those products we use the following third-party services provided by Google:
- Google AdMob serves in-app advertisements. To deliver and measure ads, AdMob may collect and process device identifiers (including the advertising ID), approximate location derived from your IP address, and information about your device and your interactions with ads. Depending on your consent and device settings, ads may be personalized or non-personalized. Learn more in How Google uses information from AdMob.
- Google AdSense serves advertisements on some of our websites. AdSense and its certified ad partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure ads, which may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your consent and settings. You can manage ad personalization at Google's My Ad Center.
- Google Analytics (including Google Analytics for Firebase) collects aggregated usage statistics — such as screens viewed, session duration, device model, and app version — to help us understand and improve our applications.
Google processes this data under its own Privacy Policy; see also How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
Your choices:
- On iOS, apps request permission through App Tracking Transparency before tracking you across other companies' apps and websites. You can change this at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- On Android, you can opt out of ads personalization or reset or delete your advertising ID in Settings → Google → Ads.
- Where required by law (for example, in the EU/EEA and UK), we ask for your consent before showing personalized ads, and you can withdraw or change your choice from within the application.
5. Sharing of Information
We share information only in these limited circumstances:
- Service providers that help us run the Services (for example, hosting and cloud infrastructure such as Cloudflare and Google Firebase, email delivery, and bot protection), bound to use the data only on our behalf;
- Legal requirements, when we believe disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the Services;
- Business transfers, if ARSIDIAN is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets — in which case this Policy will continue to apply to your information.
6. Data Retention
We keep contact-form correspondence for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards. Data stored locally within our applications remains on your device and under your control; deleting the app deletes that data unless you exported it.
7. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards — including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls — to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, reach us through the contact form on our website — we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
9. Children's Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. International Users
We operate from the United States. If you access the Services from another country, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site or within the relevant application.
