TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARSIDIAN LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
